Hello! I’m Sandy,
I graduated from University of California, San Diego, where I majored in Interdisciplinary Computing & the Arts and minored in Design. I am currently a designer at the Registrar of Voters, where I am actively enhancing my design skills and growing within a dynamic and supportive design community.

I am a designer at heart with analytical skills from my programming training.
I have developed a passion towards human computer interactions during my time studying my major, working on projects for my internship, and collaborating with other designers. I love working in an environment that allows me to explore different ways of problem solving with interactive design.

Outside of design, I’m always sketching something I probably don’t need to be sketching, and I'm a proud bagel enthusiast (love me a good ol’ basil pesto bagel). I love watching F1 races, especially nerding out over the suit designs, car liveries, and sponsor layouts, which either perfectly scratch that little design itch in my brain or completely short-circuit it. I also love gaming with friends (although they can be my sworn enemies depending on the game). Current favorites include PEAK and Risk: Global Domination, plus pretty much any card game. I’m a sucker for card aesthetics, so that is basically a win for me.
